Overview of Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision provides a reflective and supportive space for practitioners to deepen their clinical skills, self-awareness, and professional growth. The process emphasizes curiosity, safety, and collaborative exploration of both clinical work and the practitioner’s personal responses within the therapeutic relationship.

The Alchemical Vase
Inspired by the imagery of the Rosarium Philosophorum, The Alchemical Vase represents the sacred container where transformation unfolds. In the work of supervision, this vessel becomes a living symbol of reflection and renewal—a space where raw experience is held, heated, and distilled into new understanding. It reminds us that supervision, like alchemy, is a process of transmutation: turning experience into insight, and practice into presence.
