Adult Psychotherapy
Each adult therapy journey begins with a 20-minute introductory conversation. This initial meeting offers space to clarify the nature of the work, discuss practical details such as session frequency and fees, and most importantly, sense whether the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit.
When there is mutual agreement to begin, ongoing sessions are arranged according to the individual’s needs, pace, and process.
Child Psychotherapy
For children, the process begins with a child intake assessment form completed by the parent or caregiver. A 1-hour intake session is then scheduled to discuss the child’s needs, clarify goals, review administrative details such as fees, and explore how therapy can best support the child.
Once therapy begins, session reviews occur every four sessions, during which the therapist and parent/caregiver exchange observations and insights. The active involvement and collaboration of the parent or caregiver are essential, helping to ensure that the child’s therapy remains safe, consistent, and well-supported.
*Sessions are held in confidence, providing a protected space where each individual can speak freely and be met with respect. Participation is entirely voluntary there is no pressure, no expectation, only an invitation to begin when it feels right.
*No prior experience, training, or diagnosis is required, just a willingness to listen inward and a heart open to connecting with oneself.
Choosing to seek counselling is an important and meaningful step. The wish to connect more deeply with the inner world, the part that longs to heal, understand, and grow deserves to be honoured.
If this practice is not the right fit at this time, you are encouraged to cherish the longing itself and continue seeking the place where the soul feels seen, met, and held.
Every step toward the inner world is already part of the healing.
