His approach honours inclusivity and soulful presence, inviting a space where psychological healing unfolds through authentic connection with the Self.
With more than a decade of of experience serving in youth residential rehabilitation, community counselling, non-profit mental-health services, and private practice, Kar Heng has accompanied individuals navigating complex trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and mental-health challenges, facilitating a process where science and soul meet in quiet dialogue. He also provides clinical supervision for colleagues seeking to integrate trauma-informed principles and deepen their appreciation of the depth-oriented psychotherapeutic process.
